Our philosophy is ‘Zero Tolerance for Defects’ Zero being a gateway to infinity, we put herculean efforts to ensure that the product that reaches the clients has zero defects or impurities.

The company has trained Quality Control Executives in the field, who ensure the quality of both the raw material, as well as the finished product. Scientific testing of random samples is carried out at every intermediate stage of processing. Only after getting the approval from the Quality Assurance Department, are these intermediate products processed further, until they reach the final packaging stage. To maintain the product quality even after packaging, it fumigates them as per the rules of government-authorised agencies. Because Eastmade Spice Co. cares about the health of its consumers, it ensures that its products do not contain any impurities such as artificial colours or fragrances. The products dispatched, are identical to the samples initially approved by the client. And they reach him on time, as promised.
